Attorney Nicole Fleet Barrasso has been a licensed attorney in Massachusetts for 28 years and founded Fleet Law, P.C., in 2026 to offer clients personalized and excellent representation in a manner that is responsive, cost effective, and tailored to accomplish each client's unique goals. She handles every facet of litigation, including trials and appeals.
Nicole graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School (1998) and summa cum laude from the University of Maryland (1994). She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1998 and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, in 2000. Following law school, she clerked for the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and then the justices of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, in particular the Honorable Benjamin Kaplan. She practiced commercial litigation at Mintz Levin in Boston and, after moving with her family to Cape Cod, general litigation at Gargiulo/Rudnick, LLP.
